The wrapping station is built on a 22” x 10” base and is perfect for wrapping multi-piece rods of any length. It include large diameter rolling wheels on sealed ball-bearings and axels for smooth and flawless thread wraps. The wrapping station is supplied with qty=3 innovative thread carriages that use a patented spool tensioning system. The thread carriages enable uniform and snag-free wraps of nylon, metallic, or silk threads. Thread carriages slide on 28” long aluminum rails and can be positioned in any location to aide in wrapping tip-tops or winding checks.
